An exterior view of Bellevue Hospital Administration Building and some of the grounds. Also in view are a couple of horse-drawn carriages and some men on foot. The railing at the top of the two staircases in the photograph was a section of the original railing in place at Federal Hall in Manhattan in 1789 when George Washington took the oath of office as President.
