St. Clare’s Hospital (New York, N.Y.)

Pin is gold with enamel inlay. Pin is shaped like a shield with a gold background. The center features a prominent red cross with a lamp with a burning flame placed on top. Surrounding the edge of the shield is a white border, with the words "ST. CLARE'S HOSPITAL SCHOOL OF NURSING" printed in gold capital letters. The original pin was unavailable but an image is available in the collections of the Dittrick Medical History Center (CWRU) at Case Western Reserve University.
